      Social bookmarking allows website visitors to add a webpage to their bookmarking site of choice. An example of these links can be seen at the bottom area of all BBC articles, with the WMS also allowing for similar links. The WMS Sample highlights 12 such social bookmarking links, however the number of links on a given page is unrestricted by the WMS.

      Placing the bookmark module within a page requires no editing by an end user, it can be included as part of any template. If the user is using Internet Explorer (6 or 7) or a Mozilla based browser (Firefox, Netscape) a link is also available to automatically add the page to the browsers Favourites or Bookmarks.
